Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to our current clients, facilitators, advisors and alumni. This time of year, while a lot of people are celebrating and shopping (helping your top line and bottom line, hopefully) is also an important time for reflection.
Are you experiencing any of the following:
1. A drop off in sales in January that will force layoffs and serious cash shortages.
2. A decision you have to make about a key employee.
3. A realization that you have been flat year over year…maybe a little worse…and frustration that you can’t figure out your break through strategy?
4. No cash reserves or less than you would like.
5. Difficulty with your own health or that of your partner?
6. Ready to sell your business this coming year?
7. Are you starting a non profit spin off of your business?
Powerlink is starting its 2025 programs in a few weeks. You may want to do a private interview with our National Director to see if this year might be the year you join (or rejoin) a PowerLink Community Advisory Board (peers and guest advisors) or branch out and request a custom PowerLink Advisory Board just to support you and your business plan for the next three years.
Here are the Times/Days that Community Advisory Boards are launching in 2025:
1. Next Gen (for key employees of first generation businesses). Tuesday January 7th 8:30 am to 10 am.
2. Non Profits Only on Wednesday January 8th 11 am to 12:30 pm. EST
3. Service Businesses (Consumer or Commercial) on Thursday January 9th from 8:30 am to 10 am EST.
4. Women in Transition (Retirement, Expansion, New Business) on Tuesday January 14th from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
5. Contractors Only (Residential and Commercial)
