Powerlink is releasing its 2018 call for applications! We are looking for 50 select businesses to join our 15-month program. If you or someone you know is interested in joining our process, our application deadline for our first quarter cohort is January 19th, 2018.
While our process is challenging, our results are tangible and real. On average:

To join our process, businesses must meet the following criteria: businesses must have been in business for more than one year, have
generated at least $100k in revenue, and have at least one employee or contractor
besides the owner. Fees are dependent on 2017 revenue
and start at $50/month. Financing may be available based on profitability and
need.
If PowerLink selects your business, you will be connected
with an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) who is present with you through every step of the process. We will interview you and you will prepare materials on your finances and your goals. This way, the matching
process can begin and we can connect you to an accomplished group of advisors who are committed to your success. These advisors will immediately begin a process of reviewing
your business, and then offer advice and ideas to make your business run more
profitably. These advisors are donating their time and talent to help
you achieve the your goals, and are able to provide an unbiased, altruistic view of how you can improve your business.
These volunteering professionals will offer advice in your core
business areas, but with a twist. All of the attention will be on you,
listening and thinking about your employee issues, your client problems, your
growth ideas and your challenges. At the same time, the PowerLink board
will assess your strengths and weaknesses, and move you in the direction of
your goals. In fact, the PowerLink board will do more than just move
you. They will encourage you, run with you, or, if necessary, drag you
towards your goals.
But be forewarned. This is not a program for the faint
of heart. This is not a program for the secretive, defensive or know-it-all
business owner. PowerLink is a program for a business owner who can
take a challenging 15-month journey with a group of advisors selected for them
to improve and grow their business.
