The last seven months have changed the face of business as we know it. PowerLink has continued to serve more than 115 companies through its work providing retired CEO’s, working executives and advisors to small business owners in the $50,000 to $3 million revenue category. PowerLink owners come to us when they are struggling, they have plateaued in the their business (or are sliding back a bit), they have hit a huge benchmark like $1 million, and realize that they don’t have to skills to get to $3, $5, $10 million or they are planning to sell. COVID changed the way we all are doing business.
Thanks to PowerLink’s innovative wrap-around methodology and long-term support of our owners, all but one of our companies has weathered the COVID storm. In May 2016 we formed CEO Circles in 6 communities in Western PA to help owners stay on track with their growth goals monthly. Today we are happy to report that we have 12 CEO Circles formed that are meeting monthly. Because of the needs of our owners over the last seven months, we have also developed five, very low cost Technical Assistance Services including: QuickBooks set up and reporting, Digital and Web Marketing services, Legal Assistance, Human Resources Assistance and Business Valuation Services and now offer private one-on-one coaching at no additional charge.
Here is the CEO Circle Calendar for October (Community Advisory Boards). If you are interested in joining any group (you may do up to two meetings per month with your program fee), just email me. PowerLink alums are free to join any meeting at no cost in October. After that it is $150 per month plus any scholarship that you qualify for. If you want to join regularly, you will pay based on your income and profitability. Thanks to a multi-sponsor scholarship program through PNC Charitable Trust, Standard Bank Foundation and FNB Foundation, we may be able to lower program fees.
